Why I’m building a swarm, not a startup

Most builders pick one idea and pour everything into it. I’m doing the opposite on purpose.

Hive Mind Swarm is a set of small, semi-independent bets — a satellite radio project, prediction markets, a game, and quantum research — each running its own experiment. Some become businesses, some get retired, all of them teach me something.

A single big bet forces you to be right up front. A swarm lets you be right eventually. // end transmission
